Can I secure the car with a deposit before seeing it?

Yes you can, and many people do this.

Please call us and we will walk around the car and confirm all the details, condition etc.

We will take the deposit on the basis that you wish to purchase the car subject to it being up to your expectations on viewing.

We will agree a timeframe in which you come to view the car and complete the purchase.

If the car were not to meet your expectations on viewing then the deposit would be fully refundable.

What is the minimun deposit required.

£300 is the minimum deposit 

How can I pay for the car

In order to make the collection of your new car as seamless as possible our preferred methods of payment are;

Direct bank transfer to arrive in our Bank one working day prior to the collection of your vehicle.

By direct payment from one of our partner Finance Companies before collection.

Debit card is also accepted but arrangement must be made in advance and must be in person by the cardholder with a secondary photo ID of original current valid driving licence or passport.

Cash is not accepted.

In all cases photo ID of current driving licence or passport will be required for collection or delivery.

 

 

 

Do you take part exchanges?

Yes we do. It doesn’t matter how old the car is or how many miles it has done, we can take it in part exchange.

Do you buy cars from the public?

Yes we do and we make the process very straightforward and easy.

We are looking for nice examples under 6 years of age with good service history.

Please contact us in person, by phone or email using the sell your car form and we can then make an appointment to view the car and confirm a price.

The price we quote is the price we pay. There are no hidden extras.

We will make same day cleared funds payment into your bank account.

You will require the registration document, service history ,spare keys etc for the car

and  personal identification such as a full current driving licence together with proof of your bank details ( such as debit card showing your bank account number).                                                                                                  .

Is the car ready to drive away?

Most  cars are literally ready to drive away but some may still be awaiting a full MOT or a service.

If you live some distance away and are wanting to take the vehicle home with you after viewing please let us know in advance that you are coming and we will then arrange to have the vehicle ready to go.

I work awkward shifts , can I make an appointment to view the car at a time to suit me?

We understand that everyone has a busy lifestyle these days.

We are open 7 days a week, but if it is difficult to come within our opening hours then give us a call or drop us an email with your requirements and we will do our best to make an appointment that fits in with you.

We are contactable up to 9pm.

What kind of back up service do you offer after I have bought from you?

We believe that we offer the best back up service in the business and our customer reviews give testament to this.

We back up every car sale with our own 6 MONTHS COVERS ALL WARRANTY.

Quite simply if anything goes wrong in that time we will put it right free of charge.

 

 

Do you have workshops to service my car?

We have our own in house workshops with experienced mechanics and we are a Ministry of Transport authorised MOT testing station.

We also undertake servicing, general repairs, air conditioning regassing, diagnostics, and valeting.

Should you need any repairs whether it be in or out of warranty , whether you have purchased your car from us or not, then we can arrange this for you.

What is included in the price of my car?

All vehicles come fully prepared by our workshop and valeting studio.

All vehicles are anti-bacterially deep cleansed, fully valeted and sanitised.

All vehicles are thoroughly inspected in our workshop and serviced up to date.

Vehicles over 3 years of age come with a full MOT.

All vehicles come with a HPI check.

All vehicles come with our 6 MONTH COVERS ALL WARRANTY.

 

Do all your cars have service history?

Yes they do, the vast majority having full service history.

We have a record of all vehicles’ service history.

Please just give us a call or drop us an email if there is something specific that you would like to know.

Can I book a test drive?

Of course.

All our cars are usually ready for the road.

Please call in advance to save time upon arrival, we can then ensure that the car is ready to go. 

You will need a full current driving licence and to bring this with you.

Age and other restrictions apply, please ask in advance.

What about finance? Do I need a deposit? How quick is it?

We have over many years built up good relationships with our partner finance companies who offer some of the most competitive rates in the market place.

You can put down a deposit if you wish, but it’s not necessary if you prefer not to.

Of course you can also part exchange a car which can become your deposit, or we can give you ‘cashback’ for your part exchange car.

In many circumstances the finance can be proposed and approved and "e click "signed within 20 minutes, it’s that quick! 

A valid driving licence and current proof of address may be asked for, so bring this just in case.

All applicants must be 18 years or over, young drivers under 20 may need a guarantor

I’ve had credit problems in the past, can you help me?

Through our network of partner finance companies we can often help with finance if you have a poor credit history.

Our lenders understand that there can be genuine reasons for a customer having credit problems.
